Frances “Fran” L’Heureux

Frances “Fran” L’Heureux, 79 longtime resident of Merrimack NH, died November 21st 2025, after a sudden illness, at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester.

She was born in Nashua NH, on November 17, 1946, the daughter of John A. Marchenonis and Caroline (Goy) Marchenonis.

Her 27-year career in law enforcement began as a 7-year Dispatcher with the Merrimack NH Police Department, followed by a 20-year Communication Specialist II position with the New Hampshire State Police, from which she retired in 2000.

Surviving family members include her husband of 58 years Robert “Bob” L’Heureux of Merrimack, two daughters, Carolyn, and Heather, a son John, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday May 2nd at 10:00am at the St. Stanislaus Cemetery, 61 Pine Hill Rd, Nashua, NH.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in her honor, may be sent to the Sisters of Mercy, 700 Bridge St. Manchester, NH
