Elaine “Babe” Boisvert

Jan 30, 2026

Elaine “Babe” Boisvert, 90, passed away on January 27th, one day after her 90th birthday, after a long illness. She was predeceased by her husband Robert P. Boisvert, sister Jeannette “Jay” Cate, brothers Donald Marquis and Conrad “Cookie” Marquis. Elaine is survived by her sister Diane “Pepper” Follansbee, daughter Susan Hall, son Michael Boisvert, grandchildren Jaime Gordon, Kathryn Damon, David O’Neil Boisvert, Mechelle Boisvert, and great-grandchildren Mika, Moss, Lainey, Kennedy and Jaxson.

Elaine enjoyed singing with her siblings at family gatherings, and loved being the life of the party. She took many trips to Florida with her sisters and family. She was an avid golfer, cards and bingo player, and made many friends at the bingo hall in Nashua.

From dancing at Fort Devens where she met her late husband Robert to ruling the roost at Gatewood Manor during her residence there, Elaine always lived life on her terms. She was never shy about voicing her opinion or offering constructive criticism. Her sense of humor and blunt honesty will be fondly remembered by those who loved her.

There will be a graveside service in the Spring for those who wish to attend.
