In his leisure time, Joe loved building and engineering circuit board projects and woodworking projects in his tool filled workshop. He could fix almost anything. Joe and his wife enjoyed visits to many locations in this country and in foreign countries and attending reunion functions with the USAF Radar Sites Veterans where he found long lost friends. Joe was a big sports fan of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots.
