Carolyn M. (Sullivan) Marineau
Carolyn M. (Sullivan) Marineau, 88, of Nashua, NH passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 11, 2025. Born in Nashua January 30, 1937, she was the wife of the late George Marineau and daughter of the late John & Victoria Sullivan. She was a graduate of Fitchburg State College and was a long-time teacher for the Nashua Public School system beginning her teaching career at Temple Street Elementary and then as a substitute teacher until retiring. She spent many years involved assisting with costumes for the Nashua Actorsingers and as a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of VFW Post 483 of Nashua. She loved dancing, Irish music and enjoyed spending many summers at York Beach.
She is survived by her daughters Maureen (Marineau) Crozier and Marcia (Marineau) Alleyne, both in Lynn, MA, Son-in-law Edgar Alleyne, Grandson Alexander “Xan” Alleyne, brother John F. Sullivan Jr. and best friend Raelene Liljeberg, and many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her brother Richard Sullivan, Son-in-law Brenton Crozier and best friend John Liljeberg.
