Frances “Fran” L’Heureux

Frances “Fran” L’Heureux, 79 longtime resident of Merrimack NH, died November 21st, 2025 at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester NH after a sudden illness.

She was born in Nashua, NH on November 17, 1946 the daughter of John A. Marchenonis and Caroline A. (Goy) Marchenonis.

She began her Law Enforcement career as a Merrimack Police Department Dispatcher for 7 years after which she became a 20-year Communication Specialist for the New Hampshire State Police retiring in 2020.

Members of surviving family include her husband of 58 years Robert “Bob” L’Heureux, of Merrimack; two daughters Carolyn L’Heureux, Heather Newhall and son John L’Heureux.

There are no calling hours. A more in-depth obituary will be published on the funeral home website prior to the graveside ceremony which will be held in May at St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Nashua, NH.
