Builder – Developer – Landlord

Glenn Gauthier, 84 of Nashua, New Hampshire, Builder – Developer – Landlord, passed away peacefully on November 12, surrounded by the love of his family. Born and raised in Nashua, Glenn built a life defined by hard work, loyalty, humor, and the deep joy he found in the people he loved.

For 63 years, Glenn was devoted to his wife, Contance “Connie” Gauthier. Together, they created a warm, busy, lively home filled with memories, stories, and the endless energy of the family they raised. Glenn took great pride in being a lifelong member of the YMCA, where he formed friendships and routines that stayed with him throughout his life.

In addition to his work as a builder and developer, Glenn was also the proud owner of the Dallas North Restaurant, known for good food, good drinks, and good times shared by the community.

Glenn enjoyed spending summers at his condo in Hampton Beach, a place he loved for its ocean breeze and relaxing coastal charm. He was an avid golfer and even had a driving range in his backyard, where he enjoyed practicing his swing. He also enjoyed playing blackjack and smoking a good cigar. Glenn had a passion for classic cars and especially enjoyed bringing his to local car shows.

Glenn is survived by his son, Garry Gauthier, and his wife Diane Gauthier, his daughter, Holly Milton (predeceased Jim Milton); and his grandchildren Jillian Cook (Chris Cook), Alex Gauthier (Morgan Gauthier), Jack Gauthier, Adriana Milton, and Evan Milton. He also leaves behind his beloved great-grandchildren; Henry Cook, Natalie Cook, and Benjamin Gauthier, who brought an extra spark of joy to his later years.

Glenn lived life on his own terms, with grit, warmth, and a steady sense of purpose. At the bottom of every story he told, every lesson he gave, and every memory he shared was a simple truth he believed in:

Glenn always said, “I did it my way”
