Jane M. Baldwin-Reed

Jane M. Baldwin-Reed, 83, longtime resident of Greenville, NH, died on August 6, 2025, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, Nashua, NH.

She was born in Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire on September 23, 1941, a daughter of Frederick and Jessie (Stone) Baldwin. She graduated from Keene High School and earned her bachelor’s degree from Keene State College and her master’s degree from Antioch University.

Jane was a longtime elementary school teacher at Jacques School in Milford where she always looked forward to greeting her students with big hugs.

She enjoyed traveling, skiing, laughing, cats, orange sherbert and could always find a bargain at any yard sale. Jane had a kind heart, always remembering family members birthdays and loved celebrating Christmas.

Family members include her loving husband, Barry Reed of Greenville, NH; a sister and brother-in-law, June and Dan Kenney of Fitzwilliam, NH; and a brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Paula Baldwin of Mission, TX.

SERVICES: A visiting hour will be held on Thursday, August 14th from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM in the Milford United Methodist Church, 327 North River Road, Milford, followed by her funeral service at 12:00 PM. Burial will be in East Cemetery, Hollis, NH. Arrangements are in the care of Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford.
