Dawn M. Batchelder

Dawn M. Batchelder, lovingly known as “Delta Dawn,” passed away peacefully on July 29, 2025, at St. Joseph Hospital, surrounded by love. Born on May 31, 1966, in Marlborough, Massachusetts, Dawn brought light, laughter, and endless devotion to all who knew her.
She is deeply missed by her beloved mother, Arlene Bennett; her loving partner of over 25 years, Steven Leduc; her 2 brothers William Batchelder and James Batchelder her eight children, Nicole Jones, Nasasha Jones, Nathan Batchelder, Dominic Martin his significant other Amanda Case, Dillon Batchelder, Stephanie Castelan, Erica Leduc and Megan Leduc, her aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Dawn’s legacy also lives on through her cherished grandchildren, whom she adored and devoted herself to.
A true caregiver at heart, Dawn spent her life raising her children and grandchildren, always putting her family first. She had a passion for crafting — creating small art projects that brought joy to those she loved. Whether she was watching The Walking Dead, relaxing by the lake, or surrounded by friends and family, Dawn found joy in life’s simple pleasures.
Known for her kind heart and optimistic spirit, Dawn always found the good in the bad and never hesitated to lend a helping hand. Her warmth, humor, and unforgettable catchphrases — “Who loves ya, baby?” and “Woot woot!” — will echo in the hearts of those who knew her. Dawn was a devoted Catholic and lived her faith through love, compassion, and service.
SERVICES: Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St., Nashua, NH 03064. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Vale End Cemetery, 772 Isaac Frye Hwy, Wilton, NH 03086. A celebration of Dawns life will be held on September 14, 2025, at the Legion Pavilion, 13 River St. Greenville, NH 03048.
