Joseph A. Freeman

Joseph A. Freeman, age 84, of Nashua, passed away on May 27, 2025, at Lahey Medical Center in Burlington, MA.
Born in Rumford, ME on December 3, 1940, he was the son of the late James and Clara (Tanguay) Freeman. Joseph proudly served in the U.S. Army for eight years and the Army National Guard for 15 years until he was honorably discharged. He worked for the Nashua Corporation for 35 years prior to retiring.
Joseph is survived by his wife of 62 years, Lorraine (Doulin) Freeman, his children Susan Freeman (Malboeuf) of Nashua, Louise Lemieux of Nashua, Phillip Freeman of Atlanta, GA, Scott and his wife Wendy (Grimolizzi) Freeman of Allenstown, NH, and Jeffrey Freeman and Sally LeClerc of Nashua. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Erik and his wife Alexis Tucker-Freeman, Jacquelynn Malboeuf, Rebecca Malboeuf, Holly Freeman, and Colby Freeman; and great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Stauble, Kaiden Malboeuf, and another on the way, Jeremy Daniel Tucker-Freeman.
Joseph’s Funeral Mass and celebration of life will be held on TUESDAY, June 10th at 10:30 a.m. at Parish of the Resurrection, 449 Broad St., Nashua. His interment and presentation of military honors will be held on WEDNESDAY, June 11th at 1 p.m. at New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen.
