Carrie Sue (Goulet) Gettings

Carrie Sue (Goulet) Gettings, 54, of Nashua, NH, passed away surrounded by loved ones. She was born on February 24, 1971, in Claremont, NH, daughter of Gerald and Shirley (Christian) Goulet.

Carrie grew up in Nashua and was a graduate of Nashua High School, Class of 1989 She was known for her creativity, warm heart, and deep love for animals. She especially enjoyed camping, often spending time at Hampton Beach and Bailey Campground in Maine. She was very creative and enjoyed crafting, often making thoughtful, handmade items for those she loved. Carrie also dedicated her time to working with children as a kindergarten teacher in Milford, NH, where she made a lasting impact on many young lives.

Carrie is survived by her loving sons: Andrew Gettings and his wife Elicia, and their daughter Eliana; and Nick Gettings and his fiancée Kierra Emerson, and their son Brandon. She is also survived by her parents, Gerald and Shirley Goulet of Nashua; her brother John Goulet and his wife Julie; her niece Calley Goulet and nephew Josh Goulet. In addition, Carrie leaves behind her significant other, Arne Pelto, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss her dearly.

SERVICES: A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock Street, Nashua, NH 03064, with a memorial service to follow at 6:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to attend.
