Anna (Jeranian) Boghigian
Anna (Jeranian) Boghigian, 99 years old, of Nashua, NH, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024 at the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center after an extended period of declining health. She was the wife of Charles G. Boghigian for 66 years. Born in Providence on October 22, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Sahag and Miriam (Anusbigian) Jeranian. She was an active member of the Saints Vartanantz Armenian Church of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, where she was a member of the Woman’s Guild for many years as well as serving as Chairwoman for several of those years. Always wanting to learn more, she received her Associates Degree from Rivier College on May 7, 1988. She was an Administrative Assistant at BAE Systems in Nashua for many years until her retirement in 1987.
Anna was a devoted wife and mother and always surrounded by her children Harry C. Boghigian, Gregory R. Boghigian, Kevin S. Boghigian and Linda Boghigian with whom she spent many holidays together along with her grandchildren. Anna was always cheerful and loved preparing holiday meals for her family.
She is survived by her daughter in-law, Carlene Boghigian (wife of Harry Boghigian, deceased) of Randolph, NJ, Gregory & Adrienne Boghigian of Windham, NH, Kevin & Heidi Boghigian of Nashua, NH, and daughter Linda Boghigian of Massachusetts, in addition to eight grandchildren, Christopher, Gregory, Jonathan, Samuel, Anna, Ethan, Maxwell and Mercedez and a sister-in-law, Louise Boghigian of Nashua; as well as three great grandchildren and several, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother Harry Jeranian, and sisters, Elizabeth Shamirian and Victoria Kazarian.
SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held at the ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua on THURSDAY, January 2, 2025 from 5 to 7 PM. Funeral services will take place on January 3, 2025 at 11:00 AM, at St Vartanantz Armenian Church, 180 Old Westford Road, Chelmsford MA. KINDLY MEET AT CHURCH. Interment to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, 101 Kinsley Street, Nashua.
