Brian M. O’Loughlin

Sep 24, 2024

Brian M. O’Loughlin, age 54, passed away on September 8, 2024. Brian was born in Nashua, New Hampshire on February 24, 1970, to Norma L. and John L. O’Loughlin.

Brian was an avid baseball player in his younger years and captain and pitcher of his team in Jr. High. During high school, Brian worked at Pelham Hardware. He graduated from Pelham High School, Pelham, New Hampshire in 1988.

Brian moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1993 where he met the love of his life, Brandi R. Larson. They began their life together in 2001 and were married on December 31, 2011. Brian became the stepfather of Brandi’s two children, Logan A. Wagoner and Taylor R. Wagoner.

Brian loved fitness, off roading/Jeeping, live music, craft beer, rodeos, leaving parties without saying goodbye, smoking meat, helping neighbors who weren’t as handy, making people laugh, and hiking with his dogs.

Brian had a soft spot for animals and adopted at least two of his dogs from the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control and frequently donated to animal rescue organizations. He truly missed his Team D.O.G, Fred and Tia, both of which lived long and happy lives.

Brian was very outgoing and his family and friends were a huge part of his life, even continuing close friendships with numerous childhood friends.

Brian was a long-time Sales Director for a number of telecommunication companies and traveled the United States for his job(s).

He was preceded in death by his brother Gene O’Loughlin and his father John L. O’Loughlin, both in August 2023.

He is survived by his wife Brandi R. O’Loughlin, stepchildren Logan A. Wagoner and Taylor R. Wagoner, grandson Mason Vargas-Reyes, dearly-beloved mother Norma O’Loughlin, sister and best friend Erin (O’Loughlin) Hudson (husband Craig), stepmother Barbara Nelson, sister Theresa Dandurant (fiancé Ray Bowman), brother John O’Loughlin (fiancé Denise Young), brother Timothy O’Loughlin (wife Brenda), sister Linda O’Loughlin, brother Patrick O’Loughlin, numerous aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
