Theresa “Terry” Desjardins

Theresa “Terry” Desjardins, 92, longtime resident of Hudson, NH, died on July 17, 2024 at the Nashua Crossings after a period of declining health.

She was born on August 2, 1931 in Nashua, NH, the daughter of the late Edward and Marie Rose (Levesque) Simard.

Theresa was raised and educated in Nashua New Hampshire.

She married Raymond Desjardins on October 1, 1949 and together made their home in Hudson, NH.

Theresa enjoyed time spent at their summer cottage and in the cooler months Terry and Ray would attend dinner dances with friends. Terry also painted landscapes that were admired by many.

In addition to her parents, Terry, was predeceased by her loving husband, Raymond Desjardins and their daughter, Linda Gaffney.

Survivors include two sons, Dan Desjardins and his wife Claire of Campton, NH, Bruce Desjardins and his wife Wendy of Northwood, NH, a daughter Gail Desjardins and her wife AnnMarie Pelletier of Auburn, NH, 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: In accordance with her wishes there will no calling hours held. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at 10:00 AM in the St. Kathryn Catholic Church, 4 Dracut Road, Hudson, NH. All are invited to meet directly at church the morning of. Burial will follow the mass at the St. Patrick Cemetery, Derry Road, Hudson, NH.
