Wilfred Leo Hill

Wilfred Leo Hill, 78 of Greenville, NH died surrounded by his loved ones on Thursday July 4, 2024, at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH.

Born January 14, 1946, in Nashua, NH he was the son of the late Charles and Jeannette (Donah) Hill. He was predeceased by in-laws Rudolph and Mary Theriault, sister-in-law Judith Ann Martin and two brothers-in-law, Ronald Thurston and Robert A. McIntosh, Sr. He was the husband of Jean (Theriault) Hill, of Greenville, NH with whom he married on August 3, 1968.

Wilfred had worked early on in his career for Johns Mansville Product Corp, then went on to work for twenty-five years at Kollsman Instrument in Merrimack as a metrologist, retiring in 2004.

He was a member of AARP, former member of Club National and member of the Polish Club.

Wilfred enjoyed watching and playing sports, and gardening. He also enjoyed playing blackjack at the casinos and traveling with family, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Besides his loving wife of almost fifty-six years, survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly (Hill) Brackett and her husband Sean, of Nashua, NH, two sons, Timothy Hill and his wife Stacy, of Mineral, VA and Wilfred L Hill Jr. and his significant other, Daphne Morey, of Fredericksburg, VA, six grandchildren, Devin, Bailey, Jacob, Ryan, Kaelyn, and Sophia; Three great-grandchildren, Leah, Fallyn and Chase. Thurston, of New Houlton, Me, and Constance McIntosh, of Nashua, NH; One brother, Wayne R. “Sonny” Hill, of Highland, CA; Several brothers and sisters in-law, Anne and Laurent Lamontagne, Helen and John Rodrigue, Kathy and Don Martin, Robert and Cheryl Theriault, Barbara and David Noel and Joseph Theriault, as well as several nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday July 9, 2024, at 10:00am at Parish of the Resurrection, 449 Broad St., Nashua, NH 03063. Burial will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery, Hudson, NH. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held Monday July 8, 2024, from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at the Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St., Nashua, NH 03064.
