Enid (“Grams”) Fordin (née Enid Frank)

Enid (“Grams”) Fordin (née Enid Frank) passed away on April 22, 2024, after a brief illness. She leaves behind a daughter, Lynn Fordin, a son, Scott Fordin, five grandchildren, Alyssa, Michaela, Samuel, Claudia, and Hannah, and five great-grandchildren, Brooke, Luke, Brady, McCoy, and Ava. Enid’s husband, Carl Fordin, passed away in 1989.

Enid was a Registered Nurse, earning her nursing degree at Adelphi University, and also subsequently earned two Master’s degrees in Public Health. She was the school nurse and a health teacher at West Hempstead High School for over two decades. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

SERVICES: Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
