Corrine Simonds

Corrine Simonds, 91, of Langdon Place of Nashua 319 East Dunstable Rd. Nashua, NH died March 27th, 2024 while being in Bradenton, Fl with her family.

Mrs. Simonds worked at Indian River Central School while her three daughters were in attendance. After her youngest graduated she became a broker and owned Indian River Realty in Philadelphia, NY for several years. After retiring, her and her husband Glenn moved to Watertown, NY and traveled to Florida in the winter months. Eventually buying a new home in Spartanburg, SC for a few years. The decision was then made to move in with their daughter Linda and her husband John for the last 14 years to Hollis, NH. Within the last seven months, she lived at Langdon Place of Nashua Assisted Living which she thoroughly enjoyed.

She was born in Watertown, NY, and was the daughter of Margaret and Harold Dennee.

She married Glenn V. Simonds on August 28th,1954 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart in Watertown, NY. Mr. Simonds died February 9th, 2019.

Mrs. Simonds was deeply committed to her Catholic faith. She enjoyed her family, friends, reading and exercising. Her love for her family was unconditional and unwavering. Always quick with a laugh and a witty response. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

Surviving are her daughters Patti Swalnick, Linda Seager and Luann Conlon. Her sister Patricia Madore. A Niece, Marylee Avery and several Nephews.

A funeral mass is being held on April 16th at 11:00 AM at the Parish of Resurrection on 449 Broad St. Nashua, NH 03063 with Rev. Ramuldo Lopez DeLgado, parochial vicar, officiating.

Burial will be in June at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Evans Mills, NY.
