Sandra G. Moore, 74, of Nashua, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at the Elliott Hospital in Manchester.

She was born on November 28, 1949, in Jacksonville, Florida, the daughter of Walter H. and Geraldine (Carson) Fake.

Sandra pursued her education with fervor, attending Florida State University and Jacksonville University, where she attained her master’s degree in early childhood education and administration. She embarked on a fulfilling career, initially serving at the Duval County School Board as an administrator and grant writer. Later, and after the passing of her mother, she found a calling at State Line Veterinary Hospital in Nashua, where she dedicated herself as the office manager and worked alongside her best friend of 23 years, Roland E. “Bud” Huston, Jr. DVM. Sandra found immense joy in her work, relishing the opportunity to interact with pets and their owners daily.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Sandra found solace and happiness in various aspects of life. She cherished moments spent fishing, boating, swimming, and vacationing at the family cottage at Silver Lake in Madison, NH and surrounded by her beloved family. Sandra’s passions extended to cooking, knitting, sewing and nurturing her plants, yet her greatest joy came from caring for her loved ones.

A woman of deep faith, Sandra’s trust in God served as a beacon of hope through life’s challenges. She shared her faith, hope, and love generously with everyone she encountered, leaving an indelible mark on their hearts.

Sandra leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. Besides her best friend, Roland of Nashua, she is survived by her daughter, Aimee R. Lehman of Greenville, SC; Roland’s children, Corey Huston (Vanessa Cannetti) of Orlando, FL, and Devin Huston (Victoria Hovarter) of Orlando, FL; three cherished grandchildren, Philip Rawlinson of Boston, MA, Benjamin Rawlinson of Greenville, SC, and William Rawlinson of Boston, MA; her siblings, Lamona Smith of Jacksonville, FL, Ronald Fake (Joanne) of Palm Coast, FL, Walter Fate, and Gary Fake of Mechanicsburg, PA; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Sandra will be remembered for her unwavering faith, boundless compassion, and profound love for her family and friends. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
