Beth L. Avery, 76, longtime resident of Milford, NH, died on January 23, 2024 at Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA.

She was born on April 3, 1947 in West Stewartstown, NH, the daughter of Miles Clark Jeffers and Laura F. (Blodgett) Jeffers. Beth was raised and educated in Colebrook, NH, having graduated from Colebrook Academy, Class of 1965.

Beth spent her life raising and caring for her family.

She was a longtime member Amherst Christian Church, Amherst, NH.

Family members include her loving husband, Earl W. Avery of Milford, NH, two daughters, Kristy L. Hall of Flagler Beach, Florida, Lori A. Segien of Weare, NH; a son, Derrick E. Avery of Milford, NH; her grandchildren, Stephen and his wife Ali, Andrew, Emma, Noah and Nicholas; siblings, Marilyn Hicks, Barbara Vachon, Louise Lang, Everdene McIntyre, Sherwin Jeffers and Eileen Sampson.

A memorial visiting hour will be held on Saturday, January 27th at 10:00am in the

Amherst Christian Church, 134 Hollis Road, Amherst, NH. A celebration of her life will begin at 11:00am. Burial will be private in the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, NH.
