David Richard Chacos

David Richard Chacos, 62, Lutz, FL. passed away on Jan. 5, 2024 at home after a brief battle with cancer.

David was born April 2, 1961 in Nashua, NH. He was the son of Richard (Dick) and Shirley (Stickney) Chacos.

He grew up in Milford, graduating from MASH Class of ’79.’ In 1986 he moved to FL with his young family.

He married the love of his life, Veronica “Ronni” on Sept. 2, 2002. Together they cruised to many ports and countries. He loved adventures, history, museums, reading and The Beatles.

He worked over 25 years at the Tampa International Airport.

Along with his wife, he is survived by his sons, Bradley of Concord, NH, Justin (Emma), and Damien, his daughter Raven (Daniel) Ruple,all of FL. He loved being ‘Papouli’ to his 8 grandchildren.

His mother Shirley of Milford, brother Michael of Milford, his sisters Marguerite ‘Peg’ (Mark) Williams of Greenfield, and Lori (Mark) Cook of Claremont. He has many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and life long friends. David has been reunited with his father.

A celebration of life will be at his mother’s retirement home (Granite Squares, 161 Bridge St. Milford, NH), on Sunday, Jan, 28, 2024 @ 2pm. Storm date, Feb. 4, 2024.
