M. Bethany (Ryan) Sulecki

M. Bethany (Ryan) Sulecki, age 67, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 in Lowell after a brief illness.

She was born in Lowell on May 17, 1956, a daughter of Carolyn M. (McInnis) Howe of Lowell and the late Raymond F. Ryan. Bethany was educated through Lowell schools and received her bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from the University of New Hampshire. She was a resident of Merrimack, NH for many years.

Earlier in life Bethany worked as a medical records assistant. She was employed at Jordan’s Furniture in Nashua for a brief period. Bethany went on to be employed as a home health aide for many years. In her spare time she was a new age enthusiast who had a great interest in astrology. She loved all animals, especially her dogs, Brandy, Pepper and Mia.

Besides her mother Carolyn, she is survived by her sister and brother, Carolyn Rae Ryan of Dracut and Daniel Ryan of Lowell. She was pre-deceased by her brother, David Ryan who passed away in 2021 and her sister-in-law Donna Ryan who passed in 2022. She also leaves a sister-in-law, Cathy Ryan of Dracut, her nieces and nephews, Scott, Lisa, Kristine, Jason, Jeffrey and Heather and her former husband, Joseph Sulecki of Merrimack, NH. Also many great nieces and great nephews.

Our family would like to thank the staff at St Joseph’s Hospital in Nashua and Belvidere Health and Serenity Hospice in Lowell for the care they provided to Bethany.
