With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Raj Kumari Jain, wife of Narinder Jain. She passed peacefully surrounded by family, leaving behind a legacy of wisdom, warmth and a life well lived. Daughter of Late Motiran & Angoori Jain. Mother of Rajesh and Deepak. Mother-in-law of Violet. Dadi to Kieran, Saskia and Bronson. Badi Nani to Benjamin and Andrew. Buaji to Anil & Renu, Sunil & Neelam and Sarita & Ravi. Aunt to Kavita, Vanita & Kevin and Amit. Sister to Ratno, Nirmal, and Urmila. Sister-in-law to Shakuntla, Jitender & Neelam. Mamiji to Navin & Neena, Jyoti and Rahul.
Raj attended Delhi University for her Bachelor of Arts and received her Masters in Economics at a university in U.P. Ghaziabad. She later pursued her Bachelor in Education. Raj touched so many lives with her passion for life and a zeal to make others around her happy and full of laughter. She was always ready to listen and share her heart with others. The overwhelming outpouring of love from her family and friends during these difficult times is a testament to the impact she had on many. Raj made friends wherever she went from all walks of life. She was a trailblazer in the New Hampshire Indian community by actively promoting Indian culture and introducing Indian culture to her friends of all ethnic backgrounds.
Services will be held on Saturday, October 28 at 9:00 am at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire at 243 Hanover St. in Manchester, NH from 9:45 am until 11:30 am. Private cremation to follow. Family and friends are invited to gather at 3:00 pm at Blanchard Pointe Clubhouse at 63 Bowers Landing Dr, Merrimack, NH. Sunday, October 29, 2023 A religious ceremony honoring Raj will be held Sunday, October 29, 2023 at 10:00 am at Shree Haridham Temple at 1504 Boston-Providence Turnpike, Norwood, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
