Mark J. O’Malley

Mark J. O’Malley, son of Ellen and George O’Malley, passed away at Elliot Hospital on July 3, 2023 after a period of declining health. A graduate of Nashua High’s Class of 1976, Mark was known for his sense of humor, love of classic rock, and expertise in all things automotive. He found peace outdoors, enjoying time spent camping, canoeing, fishing and riding his motorcycle. Mark is survived by his brother Shawn and daughter Erin. Mark’s family wishes to extend a heartfelt thanks to Craig and Debora McLaughlin, who were Mark’s loyal friends throughout all of the ups and downs of life. Services will be arranged privately by family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pemi-Baker Land Trust (quincybog.org), which conserves lands in the Pemigewasset River region that Mark loved, or to Families in Transition NH (fitnh.org) which offers treatment and recovery housing to those struggling with substance abuse.
