Bradley H. Ford

Bradley H. Ford, age 85, of Gilmanton, NH passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. He was born in Hudson, NH on March 23, 1938, the son of the late Fred and Marie (Brossard) Ford. Bradley graduated from Alvirne High School in 1956 and married to his high school sweetheart, Mary (Hunnewell) Ford with whom he celebrated 65 years of marriage.

Brad was proud to serve his country for 6 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. He worked for numerous companies throughout the years: Rays Typesetting, Nashua Telegraph, Digital Equipment, Globe Protective Wear and Norfab Corporation. He worked part-time as a Police Officer for Hollis, Brookline and Gilmanton, NH and as an Auxiliary Trooper for the New Hampshire State Police.

He is survived by his wife, Mary, and his two sons, James Ford and his wife Pamela of Nashua and Steven Ford and his wife Debra of Gilmanton, his four grandchildren: Kim Freccero and husband Anthony, Gregory Ford and wife Kelly, Kevin Ford and Caitlin Ahern, and Amy Bouley and husband Brian. He was blessed with nine great-grandchildren: Gabriella, Brantley, Leah, Aubree, Catherine, Grace, Daisy, Kailey and James. He was so very proud of all of his family and cherished his moments with all of them. His legacy will go on forever with the memories he left behind.

He is survived by his brother, Rodney Ford, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Ralph and Betty Ledoux of Hudson, Charles and Alean Hunnewell of Lebanon and Alida Ballard of Hudson, along with several nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held for the family at a later date.
