Patricia A. (Brown) Swabowicz

Patricia A. (Brown) Swabowicz, 78, of Merrimack, NH passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. Pat was the wife of Michael Swabowicz with whom she shared 58 years of marriage. She was the daughter of the late Otis and Alice (Cote) Brown. She was pre-deceased by her brother Ronald, and sister Linda Kierstead, and is survived by her loving sister Joanne Amaral.

Pat was born and raised in Nashua, NH. Following her education in Nashua schools, she enjoyed working as a hairdresser, before starting her family. Pat loved spending time with her family, especially by the lake and during the holidays. She often watched home improvement shows, Hallmark movies, and was up to the challenge of any word search or crossword puzzle.

Pat is survived by her children: Michael and his wife Wendy of Amherst, NH; Tim and his wife Alison of Hollis, NH; Heidi Bowman and her husband Larry of Merrimack, NH; and Heather Swabowicz-Keller of Hollis, NH. She was also the proud grandmother to Ryan Swabowicz, Joshua Swabowicz, Sara Swabowicz, Jenna Swabowicz, Zachary Bowman, Morgan Bowman, Jameson Keller, and Graham Keller. More recently Pat was thrilled to welcome great grandchildren; Kaelyn, Olivia, Madison, Ava and Chase to the family. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces in the Swabowicz, Kierstead, Largy, Dionne, Asimakopoulos, and Breault families, with whom she treasured spending the holidays and family gatherings.

Though her family is deeply saddened, they are comforted to know she will be celebrating this Christmas in Heaven.

A private family memorial will take place after the holidays. Her husband and children are extremely grateful for all the thoughts and prayers from all of her family and friends.
