Steven E. Ayotte

Oct 29, 2022

Steven E. Ayotte, 60, died unexpectedly at his home on Monday, Oct. 17, 2022.

He was born in Nashua, New Hampshire, on Oct. 15, 1962, and was the son of the late Lionel and Viola (Mycue) Ayotte. He received his education in the Nashua School System and continued his education attending Plymouth State College, graduating with his bachelor’s degree in business.

For many years, he was self-employed as a magician and, most recently, worked for Meals on Wheels as their regional manager.

In his free time, Steven enjoyed taking trips to Glen Echo Lake in Charlton, Massachusetts, and Old Orchard Beach in Maine any chance he got. He loved hockey, especially when he was able to watch his nieces and nephews play. In his younger years, he loved to ride his motorcycle but, most recently, his love shifted to his Solstice convertible. Above all, his most cherished time was spent with his loving family, who he loved deeply.

Steven is survived by his two siblings, Michael Ayotte and his wife, Pegie, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Lori McIntosh and her husband, William, of Nashua: his 12 nieces and nephews, Shauna, Ashlie, Michael, Tom, Jon, Simon, Anne, Viola, Edgar, Dawn, Rich and Chadd. He also is survived by his sister-in-law, Joann English of California.

In addition to his parents, Steven was predeceased by his brother, Richard English.

Relatives and friends are invited to Steven’s visitation on Friday, Oct. 28, 2022, from 5-7 p.m. at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley St., Nashua. His funeral service will be in the funeral home on SATURDAY, Oct. 29, 2022, at 11 a.m., followed by his interment in Edgewood Cemetery. Donations may be made in Steven’s name to Meals on Wheels, PO Box 910/395 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, N.H. 03054.
