Irma G. McMahon

Irma G. McMahon of Nashua, New Hampshire, formerly of Lowell, Massachusetts, died peacefully at Elliot Hospital in the am on Oct. 20, 2022. Irma’s husband, Thomas F. McMahon, surpassed her in 1979. She is survived by her four children; Christopher McMahon, Stephen McMahon and his wife, Stacy McMahon; daughter, Kathleen McMahon, and Timothy McMahon and wife, Aimee McMahon. The love of her life were her grandchildren, Amanda, Miranda, Zoe, Christopher Michael, Stephen, Madison, Taiylar and Gavin. Irmas is also survived by her siblings, Patricia Hansen, Michael Arsenault, and was the sister of the late Robert Arseneault. Irma loved her family and had wonderful relationships with her nieces and nephews.

Irma G. McMahon was born in Prince Edward Island, Canada. Once she became a U.S. citizen she and her family moved to Lowell, where she went to high school and also met the first love of her life, Thomas McMahon. She then became a of lifelong resident of Nashua, where she raised her four children.

Friends and family may call at FAY MCCABE FUNERAL HOME 105 MOORE ST. LOWELL on TUESDAY from 4-8 p.m. Irma’s funeral will begin ON WEDNESDAY MORNING at 10 o’clock from the funeral home, followed by her funeral Mass at 11 o’clock at HOLY FAMILY PARISH-ST. MARIE’S CHURCH corner of Chamberlain and Grafton streets, Lowell. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Lowell.
