Marc Nicolas Deschenes

Marc Nicolas Deschenes, age 39, died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022, in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He was born on Nov. 5, 1982, in Manchester, New Hampshire, the son of the late Marc Deschenes and beloved son of Marilyn (L’Heureux) Boudreau.

He attended the University of New Hampshire, where he studied computer science. He was a spirited entrepreneur and used his passion to build a successful website company, Flylight Media.

Marc was a charismatic person who was loved by all. In addition to cultivating deep relationships, he loved spending time at the beach and going out on his boat. He also loved playing the guitar and piano and enjoyed sharing his talents at local open mic nights. Marc especially valued his time with family, friends and his beloved cats, Dante and Sweetie.

He is predeceased by his father, Marc Robert Deschenes. He is survived by his mother, Marilyn Boudreau and her husband, Paul; brother, Jon Deschenes and his wife, Jennie, along with their two children, Miles and Vayda; sister, Sherry Matrascia and her husband, Nick, and their two children, Logan and Charlotte; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

SERVICES: Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022, from 3-6 p.m. at Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St., Nashua, N.H. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, Sept. 30, 2022, at 10 a.m. at St. Aloysius of Gonzaga Catholic Church, 48 W. Hollis St., Nashua, N.H.
