Gail Sandra (LaForest) Coleman

Gail Sandra (LaForest) Coleman, 78, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022, at her daughter’s home in Nashua, New Hampshire. She was born April 23, 1944, in Nashua to parents Henry Albert and Mildred (Bartis) LaForest. She was the wife of David Hodge Coleman, whom she married May 30, 1964. They enjoyed 58 years of marriage together.

Gail attended Mount St. Mary High School, Nashua. She grew up and lived in the Nashua and Hollis areas. She worked as a secretary for Improve Machinery for some years, but was most proud of her work at home as a mother and wife. She was a parishioner of St. Patrick’s Parish in Nashua, and found peace in her faith. She loved raising her dogs, taking care of her plants and loved eating chocolate. She found joy and comfort in being around those she loved. She especially enjoyed the sounds of the ocean and being at the beach. She will be missed.

Gail is predeceased by her daughter, Meghan Coleman; and her mother and father; and stepmother, Mary LaForest.

Besides her husband, David, she is survived by her children, Ryan Coleman, Kevin Coleman and his wife, Laura, Kerri Fierley and her husband, Nathan; her two brothers, Gary and his wife, Judy, and Glen and his wife, Sue; along with many nieces, nephews; and grandchildren, Kody, Mason and Piper.

SERVICES: A funeral Mass will be at St Patrick’s Parish, 29 Spring St., Nashua, N.H., on Friday, Sept. 30, 2022, at 9 a.m. A procession and committal service at Holy Cross Cemetery, Ledge Road, Hudson, N.H., will take place immediately after the Mass. Family and friends are invited to attend.
