Derick A. Jennings

Derick A. Jennings, 59, of Manchester, New Hampshire, passed away Monday afternoon, Aug. 29, 2022, at Elliot Hospital in Manchester, after a brief illness.

One of 10 children, he was born in Nashua on June 18, 1963, a son of the late Richard A. and Nancy J. (Farland) Jennings. Raised and educated in Nashua, Derick owned and operated Derick’s Scrap Metal Removal.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Beverly (Bev); four brothers, William M. Jennings, Richard A. Jennings Jr. and Donald E. Jennings Sr. and Douglas E. Jennings; two sisters, Barbara R. Lachance and Diane M. Trombly; two nephews, Michael and Nicholas Jennings.

Members of his family include a sister, Patricia A. Jennings of Nashua, New Hampshire; two brothers, Ronald W. Jennings and his wife Linda of Nashua and David J. Jennings of Brookline, New Hampshire, sister-in-law, Anne Jennings; also, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Derick spent most days with his best friends, Artie R. and Gordon B., (Buzzer) Tate Jr.

The family is planning a graveside service that will take place on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2022, at Woodlawn Cemetery, 101 Kingsley St., Nashua N.H. at 11 a.m.
