Roger Harvey Charpentier
On the morning of August 17, 2022, Roger Harvey Charpentier, a native of Nashua NH, died at the age of 85 in his Florida home, holding his wife’s hand.
Roger devoted time to the National Guard for 6 years and was a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus. In October, 1969, he married Evelyn Mary Anctil and together they raised two children, Kathy and Matthew.
Roger was a hard working, devoted husband and father, as well as a fun loving uncle and Pepiere. He enjoyed life’s simple pleasures. He loved family, fishing with his son, spending time with all the kids and watching his favorite shows and movies…Over and over again, always with a cup of coffee in hand. He always took life one day at a time. And as long as the kids were happy, he was happy.
Once retired, Roger and his wife spent years living with their daughter and son in-law spending time with their grandchildren. They then moved to Florida, where he fell in love with the warm weather and sunshine. He and his wife had many new adventures with his brothers and sisters in-law. He always said “Florida is my home.” It was there where he lived the rest of his days with his wife by his side.
Roger is preceded in death by his parents, twin sister, Rita and brother Donald. He is survived by his wife, children, two brothers, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He will always be remembered for his quirky wisdom, kind heart and generosity to all who knew him.
You will always be missed
Forever remembered
And eternally loved.
A celebration of life will be held in spring 2023.
