Richard ‘Dick’ Dube
On Sunday, August 14, 2022, at the age of 73, Richard “Dick” Dube lost his battle with Multiple Myeloma. He fought fearlessly for over 5 years.
Dick was born in Nashua, NH on June 7,1949 to the late Rene J. Dube Sr. and Florette L. (Beauregard) Dube. He was the youngest of 5 children.
He attended local schools and graduated from Nashua High School, Class of 1967. Afterwards, he attended the University of New Hampshire and was a member of the NH Air National Guard. He was an employee of Sanders Associates/ Lockheed Martin Corporation for over 41 years. His job brought him all over the world, yet he always made his family his top priority.
Dick was married to the love of his life and high school sweetheart, Nancy (Hayward) Dube for 53 years. They raised four beautiful children.
Dick loved golfing, fishing, the beach, cooking, watching the Pats every football season, and spending quality time with family and friends. He loved to make people laugh, smile, the best giver of sage advice, and lived life to the fullest. He will be dearly missed by those who loved him.
He is survived by his wife; sons and daughter in law, Heath Dube and Keith and Michelle Dube; daughters, Heather Dube and Karrah (Dube) Hughes; nine grandchildren, Alainna Drieze, Jonathan Dube, Brooke Belanger, Amber Dube, Quintin Hughes, Zuri Hughes, Gretchen Hughes, Harrison Dube, and Hendrix Dube; two great-grandchildren; Naomi and Ella Drieze.
Dick is also survived by three siblings and their spouses; Rene and Inge Dube, Irene and Gil Boilard, Rita and Jerry Boucher. Dick is predeceased by his brother, Normand Dube. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be private.
