Lisa L. (L’Heureux) McHenry

Lisa L. (L’Heureux) McHenry, 51, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, July 10, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She is the beloved wife of Patrick McHenry with whom she shared 28 wonderful years of marriage.

Lisa was born in Nashua on August 11, 1970 and is the daughter of Maurice and Priscille (Nolet) L’Heureux of Nashua. She received her education in the Nashua School System and continued her education at Nashua Community College and graduated with her associates in accounting.

She was employed in the Human Resources Department for Carnegie Darlet in Westford, Massachusetts.

In her free time, Lisa enjoyed traveling including trips to Europe. Paris, was her favorite destination but local spots, especially beaches had a special place in her heart. She loved her 80’s era music, listening to classics such as Culture Club and The Hooters but she was first and foremost an avid Hall and Oates fan, attending numerous concerts of theirs. Lisa liked to try new foods, diligently watching Phantom Gourmet on the Food Network channel to make a list of restaurants she wanted to try with her family. She had a deep love for her family especially for her husband, two sons and her two dogs, Stella and Leroy. She will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Maurice and Priscille, her husband, Pat, she is survived by her two sons Paul and Roy McHenry of Nashua; her three siblings, Rachel Shields and her husband Bob of Merrimack, Don L’Heureux and his wife Lynn of Nashua, and Ron L’Heureux and his wife Deb of Nashua; and her brother-in-law, Mike McHenry and his wife Linda of Hilton, NY. She is also survived by her aunt and godmother, Lucille L’Heureux of Nashua; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Lisa was predeceased by her uncle and godfather, Paul L’Heureux.

Relatives and friends are invited to Lisa’s visitation on FRIDAY, July 15th from 11:30 AM until 2:30 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. Her Funeral Service will follow in the Funeral Home at 2:30 PM. Burial to take place at the convenience of her family. Donations may be made in Lisa’s name to either the Nashua Humane Society, 24 Ferry Road, Nashua or to Friends of the Manchester Animal Shelter, 490 Dunbarton Road, Manchester.
