Dorothy ‘Dot’ Martin

Dorothy “Dot” Martin, 82, passed away peacefully on May 25th while in residence at Premiere Health and Rehab in Nashua, NH.

Born Dorothy Mary McDonald January 26, 1940, in Goffstown, NH, Dot was lovingly cared for by St. Charles orphanage in Rochester, NH for much of her young childhood. She would eventually move to Nashua where she attended school, graduating from Nashua High School in 1959. Dot was interested in many different arts and crafts as well as spending time vegetable gardening in her younger years. She is survived by her three daughters Tammy, Karaena, and Kris-Ann, her sister Ruth, 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Dot was a devoted parishioner of the First Baptist Church of Nashua for much of her adult life and very much enjoyed the love and fellowship of her church family.

A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
