Elaine Cecile Juskevicus
Elaine Cecile Juskevicus, 86 of Courville at Nashua, died peacefully on April 13, 2022 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack.
Elaine was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts on January 11, 1936, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Placide Lacombe of Salem New Hampshire.
Elaine was a graduate of St. Anne’s High School and Lawrence General Hospitals School of Nursing in Lawrence Massachusetts. She was employed as a registered nurse at Lawrence General Hospital and Bon Secours Hospital in Massachusetts where she took great pride in caring for her patients. She returned to work after her children were grown as a registered nurse working at Memorial Hospital and Greenbrier Nursing Home in Nashua.
She was a communicant of St. Christopher’s Church and St. Louis De Gonzague Church in Nashua. Her faith in God was steadfast.
Elaine loved ballroom dancing and met her husband on the dance floor. She also enjoyed rollerskating, long days at the ocean swimming and taking beach walks. She enjoyed numerous trips to the islands with her daughter, visiting with friends and especially shopping and lunch visits with her son John.
She was a wonderful loving mother to her son and daughter and taught them the importance of honesty, love and family. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her and loved her. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Lisa and Caleb Bryant of Hebron Maine, her son John Juskevicus of Nashua New Hampshire, former son-in-law Ted Beasley, and family in Quebec province of Canada.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff and caregivers at Courville of Nashua and the Community Hospice House in Merrimack where Mom’s journey finalized with dignity and love surrounding her. May she rest in eternal peace.
A Mass will be held at St. Louis De Gonzague Church, West Hollis Street in Nashua on Friday, April 22nd at 10am with burial immediately following at Holy Cross cemetery on Ledge Road in Hudson NH.
