Leon Edward Nadeau
LADY LAKE, Fla. – Leon Edward Nadeau, 76, of Litchfield, NH, passed away, Saturday, March 12, 2022, with his loving life partner Trudy at his side.
Born in Concord, NH, September 5, 1945 Leon was the eldest son of the late Leon Albert Nadeau and Rita (Mayo) Nadeau. He graduated from Concord High School in 1963, then married his high school sweetheart Marilyn Boyce who predeceased him. Leon served 4 honorable years in the U.S Navy beginning in 1963. He went on to have a decades long career with Sanders Corporation and BAE Systems as a computer systems engineer.
Leon (Lee)lived in Litchfield, NH during summertime and Lady Lake, FL in wintertime. He was a generous husband, father and grandfather with a passion for golf and the New England Patriots. He volunteered countless hours of his time working on improvement projects for his family, neighbors, and community.
Lee is survived by his beloved life partner of 28 years Trudy Lemmens of Litchfield, NH, sons, Brian Nadeau and wife Lori of Derry, NH, Scott Nadeau and wife Julie of Nashua, NH, daughter Marcia Nadeau and spouse Rhonda Harris of Federal Way, WA, brother, Bruce Nadeau of Manchester, NH, sister Pamela Welches of Kokomo, IN, grandchildren, Gina Nadeau, Colby Nadeau, Jessica Nadeau, and Shannon Nadeau. He leaves behind his niece, Sherry Hammond of Andrews, NC and many friends in both New Hampshire and Florida. Services yet to be determined.
