Blanche A. Vermette, 94, a lifelong Nashua resident, died peacefully at her daughter’s home on Saturday, December 25, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Conrad Vermette who predeceased her on Sept. 10, 1982.

Hope School, and volunteered her time at the Nashua Soup Kitchen and the Tolles Street Mission. She ministered with the teen outreach at Sheepfold Church. Blanche also dedicated over 20 years of service volunteering at many nursing homes in the Greater Nashua area. She faithfully devoted time each day, both on her own and with two partners, to intercessory prayer on behalf of their families, friends, the country and the world. Whenever the opportunity presented itself, she handed out her Gideon Bibles. She loved spending time with her family especially with her grandchildren and great- grandchildren who brought her such delight.
