Ellsworth “Elly” A. Austin

Ellsworth “Elly” A. Austin, 71, a resident of Brookline, NH died at his home on December 3, 2021, surrounded by his loving family after a period of declining health.

He was born on June 7, 1950 in Nashua, NH a son of the late Ellsworth and Catherine “Kate” (Jensen) Austin.

Elly was raised and educated in Brookline and graduated from Nashua High School.

Elly started his plumbing career working for R.H. Austin Plumbing Heating in Nashua and eventually starting his own business as Elly Austin Plumbing and Heating.

Survivors include his loving wife, Pamela (Courage) Austin of Brookline, NH, his two daughters, Kristen and her significant other Joseph DelPapa and Jennifer and her significant other Michael Lynch of Brookline; his granddaughter, Samantha Hart of Brookline, Sister, Carol Mattson and his brother, Edward Austin and many nieces and nephews and close friends and family.

In addition to his parents Elly was predeceased by his brother Ralph Austin and his wife Mert of Buckfield, Maine and sister in law Faith Austin.

SERVICES: In accordance with his wishes there will be no calling hours held. A graveside service will be held on Friday December 10th at 11:00 AM in the Lakeside Cemetery, Brookline, NH. A celebration of his life will follow at the Brookline Event Center, 32 Proctor Hill Road, Brookline, NH.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Brookline Fire Department, Brookline Ambulance Service, or Home Health and Hospice, Merrimack, NH
