Mona A. (Gilbert) Bergeron

Mona A. (Gilbert) Bergeron, 82, of Nashua, NH passed away peacefully at Southern NH Medical Center surrounded by her children, following complications from pneumonia, on Thursday, November 4, 2021.

Born in Nashua on September 19, 1939, daughter of the late Emilia (Denault) and Herve Gilbert. Predeceased by her former husband, Maurice A. Bergeron, on February 26, 1987, and her sisters Ellen Nickerson, Irene Nalette, and Lorraine St. Pierre. Survivors include her sister, Suzanne Guimond and her husband Ralph of Nashua, one sister-in-law Teresa Collins and her husband Donald of Merrimack, her three children, Monique Ezero and her husband William of Brandon, FL, Raymond Bergeron of Nashua, Denise Klier and her husband Mike of Dewey, AZ; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was a loving mother who was kind and generous to everyone. After retiring as Office Manager from the Hillsborough County Superior Courthouse she spent many years traveling, taking cruises, and visiting family. When she could no longer travel, she spent the following years at home in Nashua. She enjoyed playing cards, playing dominos, and watching the Patriots football games. She was blessed with a caring family and many amazing friends and neighbors who helped her to remain independent throughout her life.

Mona had arranged to be cremated with the Cremation Society of N.H. There will be a Celebration of Life to be held in her honor for family and friends in September of 2022.
