Florence Josephine (Reynolds) Moushegian, departed this world on Monday September 27, 2021. She leaves behind her loving husband of 58 years, Richard Moushegian and her five children, daughter Eileen of Tewksbury, MA, son Richard, Jr. of Van Nuys, CA, son Michael and his wife Kimberly of Nashua, NH, son Barry and his wife Christine of Kingston, NH, son Brian and his wife Lizabeth of Bedford, NH and seven grandchildren, Sean, Ashley, Owen, Caeley, Madison, Riley and Connor.

She also leaves a sister, Concepta Barron of Quincy, MA, brothers, John Reynolds and his wife Rosemary of Dedham, MA, Bernard Reynolds and his wife Kathleen of Canaan, ME, Michael Reynolds of Norwood, MA, Aiden Reynolds and his wife Pauline of Watertown, MA, Vincent Reynolds and his wife Ann of Watertown, MA, Martin Reynolds and his wife Kathleen of Chestnut Hill, MA, sister-in-law Marion Renk of Nashua, NH and sister-in-law Nancy Paskiewicz and her husband Thomas of Billerica, MA as well as many nieces and nephews. Florence was predeceased by her brother Robert Reynolds of Dedham, MA and sister Margaret Hurley of Arlington, MA.

Florence was born in Ballyshannon, County Donegal, Ireland on February 1, 1936. She was the daughter of the late Bernard Reynolds and the late Josephine (Molloy) Reynolds. She grew up in the small village of Dromod, County Leitrim where she met her lifelong friend, Lily (Moffat) Gray. She was educated at Saint Joseph’s Sisters of Mercy Convent in Longford, Ireland and immigrated to the United States in 1956. She was employed by Travelers Insurance in Hartford, CT and Hanson MacPhee in Brookline, MA prior to her marriage. Florence married Richard Moushegian in 1963 and they settled in Nashua where they raised their family. Florence loved literature, music, playing the piano and painting although she never considered herself an artist. She loved the simple things in life like walking the Marginal Way in Ogunquit, Maine. Florence was a devout Catholic and an active member of Immaculate Conception parish and its Divine Mercy prayer group.

Funeral services will be conducted by the Zis-Sweeney & St. Laurent Funeral Home, 26 Kinsley St., Nashua, NH. Visiting hours will be from 2-5 pm on Monday October 4. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, 216 East Dunstable Rd. Nashua, NH on Tuesday October 5 at 11am, followed by internment at Evergreen Cemetery, Main St., Nashua, NH. Mourners should go directly to the church on the day of the funeral. There will be no visitation at the funeral home that morning. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Florence’s name to The Cancer Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Nashua, NH.
