Robert Neil Woodbine

Sep 24, 2021

Robert Neil Woodbine, 53, of Nashua passed away on September 22, 2021 at Southern NH Medical Center after a year-long battle with lung and heart disease. He was born in Littleton, Massachusetts on January 11, 1968, son of the late Barry H. Woodbine and Barbara J. (MacWilliams) Woodbine.

Rob was raised in Littleton and graduated from Littleton High School in 1986. Growing up Rob was heavily involved in The Boy Scouts of America. His scouting adventures took him on two jamborees, the 50-miler, and Philmont to name a few. Rob was a very gifted drummer and in high school he took part in concert, jazz band, and the marching band. He had a passion for music and was apart of two bands in high school, Blackout and Colorblind. He also played with the Littleton Community Band at the Hatch Shell on the Esplanade. Following high school, Rob attended East Coast Aerotech where he graduated from in 1990. He then attained his FAA license as a mechanic for A&P (Airframe and Powerplant).

Rob worked as a roadie for Beetle Juice, a cover band for the Beatles from time to time. He also worked at Elbit Systems/Kollsman as a production group leader. In his free time, Rob enjoyed scuba diving, and a passion for small airplanes, gliders, ultralights, and helicopters. He was also an avid cyclist, sometimes riding 50 miles a day. No matter what Rob did, he always gave 100% effort. Rob will be missed for his off the wall one-line dry sense of humor that would catch you off guard and make you think.

Survivors include his siter, Sharon Marcotte and her husband Kevin Marcotte of Richmond, NH and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
