Gerald ‘Jerry’ Clayton Carson

Gerald ‘Jerry’ Clayton Carson passed peacefully at home August 31st, 2021.
Jerry, 70, son of the late Jackson and Phyllis (Hanson) Carson, joins his wife of over 35 years, Kathy, who passed on May 2nd.
Jerry attended Westford Academy with the class of 1969 and spent his early adult years surfing and traveling. He was a self-taught tradesman, mastering his craft as a finishing carpenter for over 40 years.
As a carpenter, Jerry left his mark all over the city of Nashua and the surrounding area. He built elaborate costumes for his sons at Halloween, and pine wood derby cars and tracks for them during Cub Scouts. His kind nature, sense of humor, and quick wit were at the forefront of any casual conversation and the heart of all large family gatherings. He was a passionate Boston sports fan, especially for the Patriots, and coached Nashua West Bambino Little League baseball from 1991-1996. Jerry never lost his adventurous side, snowboarding for the first time at the age of 50.
Jerry leaves three sons: Jeffrey Carter and his partner Libby Ferreira of Nashua, NH; Drs. Jared and Celia Carson of Newmarket, NH; and Jordan Carson of Nashua, NH, who resides in the care of The Plus Company, Inc.

Jerry leaves a brother and sister: Jack Carson of Spring Hill, FL and Cindy Stackhouse of Brooksville, FL, as well as his late sister Judy Lavoie.
The family wishes to thank Home Health & Hospice Care of Merrimack, NH. At the request of the family, services will be private.
