Paul McDermott

IN MEMORIAM. Paul McDermott left this world on June 24, 2020, a couple of weeks after his 69th birthday. Born in Brighton, MA and raised in Belmont, Paul spent much of his life in the Boston area, finally residing in Nashua, NH these past several years. Paul was a talented cabinet maker working in Littleton, MA, and then Westford, until physical disabilities prevented him from pursuing his passion further. Ultimately, Paul came to work at the Nashua postal distribution center where he made many friends during his time there. He will be remembered for his quick wit, “twisted” sense of humor, his love of history and his kindness to others. He touched many lives over the years. Paul was a private person who possessed a quiet strength preferring to face life’s obstacles on his own rather than burdening others. Deeply religious, Paul knew there would be a better place someday and we know that if there is one, he is there. He is greatly missed.
