Lucille Hood

Lucille Hood, 79, a lifelong resident of Nashua, passed away peacefully at her daughters’ home with her family by her side on August 13, 2021. She was the beloved wife of Richard Hood who in 2014 preceded her death.

Lucille is survived by her children; Linwood Seaverns and his partner Becky Chico of Moultenborough, NH, Linjay Greenwood and her husband Steven of Nashua, NH, Scott Seaverns of Springhill, FL, Linette Huntress and her husband Rick of Raymond, NH, and Dianna Hood and her fiancé Glen Levesque, with whom she shared her home with the last 13 years with their son and her grandson Jordan.

Besides her children, Lucille had as special love for all her grandchildren and great grandchildren; Michael Greenwood and his fiancé Kaylee Sanders, Jodi Paquette and her husband Matt, their children Savannah, Dylan and Quinton; Stacie Pitts and her husband Ryan, Benjamin Greenwood, Zachary Seaverns and his fiancé Megan Moores, sisters Deanna and Carina Davidson, brothers Jesse, Seth and Colton Huntress, and Jordan Levesque.

Amongst Lucille’s passion were her gardens, especially yellow roses, her love for Saint Bernards, and her trips to Foxwoods with friends and family; including her most recent trips with Jan Blankenstein with whom she bonded with quickly and had many laughs. Lucille also enjoyed her time with her special friends at bingo and close neighbors including Mary Zaremba, and close relatives including Clinton Vedilago, Janet Dubruiel and Jeff Dupont.
