Robert ‘Bob’ McCarthy

HUDSON – Robert “Bob” McCarthy, 62, of Hudson, died on February 20, 2021 after a brief illness.

Bob grew up in Arlington, MA and is survived by his daughter, Kristin McCarthy of Merrimack, NH; 2 brothers, John “Jay” McCarthy and Kevin McCarthy and his wife Joni; 3 sisters. Bernadette McGonagle and her husband Edward, Lisa McCarthy and Maura Mahoney and her husband Timothy. Bob also has many loving nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father John and is survived by his mother Bernadette of Arlington.

Bob’s greatest joy in life was spending time on his boat with his daughter Kristin and other family members on Lake Winnipesaukee. He also loved old cars, especially corvettes. Bob was a big NASCAR fan and enjoyed going to races in Las Vegas, Virginia and New Hampshire speedways.
