Maria Dulce Vieira

MILFORD – Maria Dulce Vieira of Milford, NH, died peacefully on Thursday, March 19, 2020, at Crestwood Center and Rehab. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Vieira.

Maria was born in Madeira, Portugal on December 27, 1919 and was the daughter of the late Amelia (Freitas) and Jorquem Rochra Machado.

She is survived by her son, Anthony F. Vieira and his significant other, Louise H. Chani of Merrimack; her three grandchildren, Anthony C. Vieira and his wife Cheryl of Beaufort, SC, Eric Lemes DaSilva of Miami, FL, and Jessica Lemes DaSilva Steele and her partner Fiona Steele of Vancouver, Canada. She is also survived by her son-in-law Roger Lemes of Miami, FL; her two great-grandsons, Christian Vieira and his wife Sarah of Irvine, CA and Joshua Vieira of NYC and two great-granddaughters, Viviana and Georgia Steele. She is also survived by her brother, Jorge Machado and his wife Vitalina of Lisbon, Portugal as well as many nieces, nephews in Portugal.

Maria was predeceased by her daughter Maria Lemes DaSilva.

Due to current public health and safety concerns, funeral services for Maria will be limited to immediate family members and held privately. Maria’s interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Nashua, NH. We thank you for your understanding during these difficult times.
