Dec 12, 2019

Earl Robinson, 87 of Nashua with his loving wife by his side was called to begin his next adventure on 12/8/19.

He was the loving devoted husband of 59 1/2 years to Mary M. (Leddy) Robinson.

Born in Boston on June 5, 1933, he was the son of the late Alvin A. Robinson, Sr. and Christina (Gerhardt) Robinson.

Earl was raised in the Brighton-Allston area of Boston. He attended Schools in the Brighton area graduating from Boston Trade High School in 1952.

He attended Industrial Technical School in Boston and the University of Lowell graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

He worked for Sanders Associates/BAE Systems from 1957 until his retirement in 1990. After retirement Earl never slowed down working several full and part time jobs as security guard, Limo driver, ski technician, all around handy man and ending with Souhegan Valley Services/Opportunity Networks as a van driver and assisting with clients up to the age of 80.

Earl was one of the most kind giving individuals you could ever meet. Always showing concern for others. He loved to talk and would make friends everywhere he went always wanting to help others from teaching kids at 4H where he met his wife Mary to making donations monthly to several charities. Earl definitely left his impression on people everywhere he went. He will be known for always having a smile on his face and the greatest sense of humor. The best husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother in law and friend you could ever wish for. He will be greatly missed.

He was affectionately known as “Grampy” “Turtle or Uncle Turtle” and “Earl the Pearl”.

In addition to his wife, Earl is survived by his daughter Susan M (Robinson) Rieth and her husband David. His son Timothy E Robinson and his wife Melanie (Gagnon).
