Sheila Reenan Nadeau

Sheila Reenan Nadeau, 63 of Nashua, NH, beloved wife of Kevin Norman Nadeau for 33 years, passed away peacefully in Nashua on October 27, 2019 after a long, courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 13, 1956.  She is a former resident of Cincinnati, OH and Indianapolis, IN.

Sheila loved life and cherished her family and her friends (of which she had many). She was renowned for her sense of humor, storytelling ability, and “traveling journal”.  She was truly the life of the party.  She had a passion for biking, hiking, and writing.

Sheila loved being in nature where she felt closest to God. She treasured the White Mountains, Lake Winnipesaukee, and the beaches of New Hampshire. She endured her ever increasing struggle with optimism and grace.

Sheila will be tenderly remembered by her children, Zachary and Jessica Nadeau. She was preceded in death by her sister, Maureen Reenan.

Survived by her parents Joseph Reenan; and LaVerne and Jack Runtz;  brother Michael (Donna) Reenan;  sisters, Deborah (Michael ) Norris and Kimberly ( David ) Trotta;  nephews, Michael (Amy) Reenan, Jeffrey (Cary) Reenan, and Nicholas Trotta; nieces, Kelly ( Eric) Kroger, Lindsay (Bill) Kafiti, Kristin Norris, and Megan Norris; seven great nieces and nephews; one great-great niece; lifelong friend Bev Sass; and many treasured friends in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Nashua.

Sheila will always be remembered for her compassion, kindness, jubilance, and especially for her unwavering belief and discipleship in service of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Her spirit will live on through all of us blessed to be a part of her beautiful life. A memorial service will be held in Nashua and announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sheila’s name to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
