Lorraine Marilyn Lemire

Lorraine Marilyn Lemire, 85, of Litchfield, NH, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack following a lengthy illness.

She was born March 7, 1934 in Boston, MA, daughter of the late Terry J. and Lucy (Bozzi) Marobella.

Lorraine was the wife of Anthony “Tony” Lemire of Litchfield.

Lorraine will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a wonderful cook who always took great pride in caring for her family. Hospitality was important to her, as she was a true friend to all who knew her. Lorraine enjoyed traveling to the beach and cheering on her grandchildren at various sporting events.

Besides her loving husband of 38 years, Tony, her family includes five sons, Joe Marobella and his wife Patty of Thornton, NH, Jerry Pesaturo and his wife Donna of Derry, NH, Arthur Pesaturo, Jr. and his significant other Rita Bergeron of Windham, NH, John Pesaturo, Sr. of Campton, NH, Steven Aturo of Los Angeles, CA, seven grandchildren, Gena, Arthur, Sophia, Luke, Marshal, Sydney, and John, Jr., a great grand daughter, Ava, as well as one sister, Geraldine “Gerry” D’Ettore of Hudson, NH, a niece as well as her Goddaughter, Cheryl Ennis of Salem, MA and a Goddaughter Krista Peddle of Nashua.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, August 26th from 4pm – 7pm in the DUMONT-SULLIVAN FUNERAL HOME, 50 FERRY ST., IN HUDSON. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 27th at 11am in St. Francis of Assist Church, 9 St. Francis Way in Litchfield. All may meet at church. Burial will take place in St. Patrick Cemetery in Hudson.
