Rany (Van Roosenbeck) Johannes

Rany (Van Roosenbeck) Johannes, 84, of Nashua, NH died peacefully aollowing a lengthy illness on February 12, 2019 at the Fairview Nursing Home in Hudson.

Mrs. Johannes was born in Pati, Indonesia on May 2, 1934, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Polanda (Hildebrandt) Van Roosenbeck.

She was the widow of Ulrich Raymond Johannes.

Mrs. Johannes had worked as an electronics assembler for Kollsman and Meggitt Avionics for many years.

She is remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, Oma, Oma Oma, and friend. She enjoyed spending her time with family and friends. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

Survivors include her daughters, Vanessa Johannes of Nashua, Esther Becker of Hillsborough and Joan Smith of Nashua; her grandchildren, Jordan Davis, Natasha Andrews, Odessa Becker, Tenysha Garvin, Jasmine Tyrance, Mikayla Garvin and Tyson Thomas, all of Nashua; her great grandchildren, Isiah, Jaleel and Liam.

SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held at the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, One Lock St., Nashua, NH on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. A Celebration of Rany’s Life will follow beginning at 7:00 PM. Interment prayers and burial will be private.
