Janice Dorine Conway
Janice Dorine Conway, 75, of Hudson, NH, died Thursday, December 6, 2018 at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, following brief illness.
She was born September 8, 1943 in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late J.D. and Anna (Ruppert) Etheridge.
Janice was an R.N. at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua for nearly 20 years. She also worked in animal rehabilitation, where she lovingly cared for injured animals, from cats to raccoons, and nursed them back to health.
Janice was a loving mother who was affectionately referred to by the neighborhood kids as “Mrs. C.” She enjoyed sewing, making crafts, antiquing, tending to her garden and had a special love for Elvis Presley. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Her loving family includes two sons, Michael Conway and his wife Margaret of Webster, NH and Charles J. Conway of Merrimack, NH.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, December 17th from 4pm – 6:30pm with words of remembrance being shared at 6:30pm in the DUMONT-SULLIVAN FUNERAL HOME, 50 FERRY ST., IN HUDSON. Burial will take place privately. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made in Janice’s loving memory to Humane Society for Greater Nashua New Hampshire.
